Mucky Nutz started the way all the best stories do - in a shed, with a bit of tinkering, a lot of curiosity, and a fair amount of swearing. Back in 2009, Shane began making lightweight bike parts in his garden shed in Sheffield, all while keeping an eye on his young daughters tearing about the place. The first creations? Bottle-top end plugs and lightweight brake discs. They were made locally, thrown on eBay… and, to his surprise, they actually sold. A website followed, and with it came the name: Mucky Nutz.
